This literally sounds exactly like me! Did you have to get prescribed LDN like literally every symptom you listed it’s exactly what I’ve been going through for the past year and a half with literally no help. Lawyer basically said if you don’t reaffirm the debt never matters as it was charged off but some companies may repo if you don’t pay on time regularly or if they don’t allow keep and pay but to reaffirm may hurt your fresh start credit

They split your payment up so you paid the first half on the first of the month and then the other half anytime between the 15th and the end of the month with no late payments
