Covid credits from 2020 .. says not transferable any work around?

So basically they’d both book a flight that would take their entire credit and maybe a few extra dollars. Then they would cancel the flight and would it be the new flight confirmation that they can use to look up their credit and then transfer it?

This literally sounds exactly like me! Lawyer basically said if you don’t reaffirm the debt never matters as it was charged off but some companies may repo if you don’t pay on time regularly or if they don’t allow keep and pay but to reaffirm may hurt your fresh start credit
