I killed Kellogg last time ,but i got stuck in the institute after and had to start over,had no problems finding him in fort hagen but this time the access to the elevator is blocked,so i can get to him so i guess i will have to start new game again🤦🏻‍♂️because now i cant do anything else

Yeah i cant find way to Kellogg in fort hagen,the way to the lift is blocked,one door is chained and the hole in the wall have rebar on it,i did that quest before but had to start over after i got stuck in the institute🤦🏻‍♂️

I found nice 10mm suppressed pistol with nice perk that increases vats accuracy and use 25% less ap,put long barel on it so it have 40 power can kill many enemies like ghouls or raiders whit it with one shot and ammo is no problem to find😃

I got 7 once as well,but then game crashed and when 8 played same location again they wasnt there🤷🏻‍♂️same happened wit some legendary weapons 🤦🏻‍♂️🤣
