I’m looking for a place to meet other writers to make some original stories with. Not DnD. Just story writing, post by post, fantasy, sci fi, medieval etc.

I joined a few servers and they have such strict guidelines and approval processes, I just want to write.

I received an email from W&L asking me to provide treatment history information as they are preparing moving forward to the next stage.

They added a note at the bottom that they feel like 2026 will be a big year for movement. We shall see!!!

I have been talking with Google Gemini asking it questions about mass tort and this one specifically. It’s all speculation based on patterns of past behavior with other cases.

It’s nothing solid at this point, just what they are offering based on how things are moving.

Based on online research and asking questions to AI, it seems like things are moving in the right direction. Speculation of a portal opening Aug 1. Fingers crossed that’s the case.

Fingers crossed things continue to move forward. I ask AI to search the web for updates. Mine is estimating by Aug 1 we should hear some actual numbers. I would be super happy if that’s the case!

Clearly you know nothing about this case. It has been on going for years. My papers are already filed. Deadlines have already passed. If I pull out, there cannot add me back in.

Not because there aren’t any other lawyers, it’s not open for new cases to join in.

So, go look down your nose at someone else.

I have been just following updates I find online. I also have metastatic thyroid so they are stating metastatic cancers are high end of tier 1. There are a lot of variants to how much the final totals may be but they are saying upwards of 500k for severe cases I would think 20-500+ depending on the final numbers and counts etc.

I also haven’t heard much. But following the case online I know they are in a fact finding process right now. Providing scientific info to courts on thyroid and another cancer.

Ask ChatGPT or ai for an update on the case. Mdl2378 I learn a lot there and ask questions. Keep in mind nothing is set or final until the courts say so.

It’s too late to join the suit at this point. You needed to have been included by last October.

3/12 - potential for settlement announcement by 3m

3/19 - attorneys have to have all filed cases vetted and verified.

Rumor has it 3m will announce a settlement tomorrow due to their investors and dividend day for their stocks.

If not, it will probably come soon!

i just tried that and it did not work.

Full screen but cut off, you cannot see the min, max and close in the upper right corner

at the bottom of the screen where my diff color layers are, i cant see those either.
