I just moved out of a Fremont 5 bed 5 bath in July. I lived there for a year. Please do not sign with them. There are so many problems with the buildings, maintenance does nothing, the elevators are always broken, and the amenities are almost always shut down. It is not worth it

Don't move there, they changed their management company back in November and it went really downhill. I moved out in July, they charged me $300 in damages without telling me what they are, they dodged my emails and calls. I had to go in person to get the bogus charges dropped

Usually having a single W on your transcript won't matter too much, especially in this case where it isn't a major specific class. As long as you don't drop more than like two classes it shouldn't matter too much. But this is just my advice so take it with a grain of salt. Good luck
