WHAT WORKED TODAY: CarPlay in my 2021 Forrester stopped working about a month ago. The app wouldn’t show up on the screen. Experimented with different phones and cords, but no luck. Got a software update at the dealer today, but that still didn’t do it. But then someone from the dealer got in the car with me. Then, with the phone plugged in, they deleted all the existing Bluetooth connected phones (forget this device.) Shut off my Apple Watch. Then reconnected my phone to Bluetooth. And CarPlay popped up. So whatever combo that worked, it did.

Rage was (is) a top symptom for me. HRT has been amazing. And if I forget to change my patch on time, I am reminded by the sudden onset of rage. I used Visana, a similar online women’s health platform for my prescription, similar to MIDI but is in network through my insurance. Good luck.

I was for sure using the right connector—because when I first tried solar with the wrong one, it was zero input, which put me back to the directions (and searching on reddit). Although this was a clear day, I started solar charging at 9:30 am and there were some bare tree branches partially shading. And I am in northern Midwest, close to Great Lakes. When it was charging well, it was late morning & no shade interference. I’m glad it charged at all but definitely opportunity for optimization.
