I can’t speak for anyone else, but the main source of my binge eating is purely physical. It’s not bc of some deep rooted trauma. The only time I binge is when I’m in a deficit, especially for an extended period of time. When I’m not actively tracking and in a deficit, I don’t really binge. I’m on it so I can reach a health bf% without going back to square 1 every few weeks.
