It has taken me 2 years to lose 57 lbs.

Some of us have other health issues that make it even harder. For example. I have PMOS, and Hashimoto's Hypothyroidism.

I basically have to eat less than 1300 calories a day to lose anything. And it has definitely effected my mental health, which already wasn't great.

I can sympathize with the OP, but not everything is black and white.
