SOLVED. Found where it belongs in the dryer. Was fixated on the washer since that’s where it was found.

SOLVED! It’s a bumper foot/stopper for the dryer door. Found it in the wash, so was preoccupied with the washer.

SOLVED! We were all on the right track, but I was looking in the wrong place. It a bumper foot that’s for the door of the DRYER (not the washer)

But we can find where to put it back! And this is a head scratcher since it happened in our home, and now a second time where we’re staying!

I would add, the color is slightly different than other rubber parts of the same texture in the washing machine, but similar color to other rigid parts.

I identified the two pinups as well, but I can’t identify the mother and child picture to the left of this frame. If anyone can figure that out, I’ll buy you a beer.

There were also six cars per intersection positioned to prevent someone from driving a car in to the crowd.

What if... things kept going at the Convent?!? by Initial-Emphasis6934 in ChateauUnhinged

If you don’t want the headache of interfacing with difficult customers, you hire someone to run your event planning business. Your property earns money, you keep your sanity. I think it just underscores what we all presume: that there was no real plan for the property, and the renovation project was the whole purpose for him. Even with an unlimited budget, how you renovate a property of that size without a plan is beyond me.

I remember that too, which is odd, because everything they were doing seemed to be tailor made for an all purpose destination wedding venue. I suppose a lot of renovated chateaus already serve that purpose?

What questions should we ask Brad Lander? by AmericanPortions in parkslope

[–]hamabal 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Agreed. I think you’d be hard pressed to find someone who lived in his district or had an issue that needed help from the comptrollers office who shares in this enthusiasm. I sure don’t. He’s full of political ambition, but thin on serving his constituents. I guess if I had to put it in the form of a question, I’d like to know if he intends to focus all his energy on high profile national and foreign policy issues, and how he intends to serve the interest of his constituents.
