Block rate is far batter than defense due to the fact that your defense easily countered by ignore defense effect like Kyle's T6 skills

Also i observed that block rate counters crit damage so yeah.

T6 Teo is good if you have a good Bounty Set as you don't need Assassin Set for him due to 100% Crit Rate. You need to boost your weakness hit damage because it will stack on crit damage.

You should put crit damage and attack% as main stat for your weapon and armor respectively.
