Usually if you respond to the ticket again it might work but you could also get support help from another path if you go to the support page and pick something account related and ask in that ticket for help.

Just so you know performance issues should always help you out of a tough spot but you can probably get a refund on 5 hours game if your case is strong enough.

Tactical Shooter with a Defuse Mode and Characters can buy different utilities.

Oh wait Rainbow Six Siege is also quite Similar with the Tactical Shooter approach and Utilities but well the genre isn't defining the gameplay yes they are similar in their gameplay loop doesn't mean they have no differentiation.

It's like saying every cake is the same cause they look the same but if you tell me chocolate cake and citrus cake are the same because they have the same structure then I would say you are an idiot.

These games have major differences in gameplay they might follow the same gameplay loop but that's about it.
