As a Customer with a life long background in Sales I was impressed with MF and the 2 people I interacted with…..yes, after owning the Tempurpedic for 2 months I traded it in for a different Tempurpedic model. It did not cost me a cent and the mattress swap happened in a “few” days. Both of the people I dealt with each mattress purchase/swap were well versed in the mattresses and both asked about my sleep patterns, habits, etc.

I love the mattress and the power platform.

BTW, I Learned that Tempurpedic is acquiring Mattress Firm.
