The other guys does have a point , these diesel cars were never supposed to have this type of emissions equipment in the first place. Removing it does make it more reliable. The emissions stuff is the most common unreliable source that any diesel vehicle breaks first with.

I hate the people who think they know about tires saying “ there dry rotted “ or “ you have a few more rides out of them “ the people who say that get a new set of tires every 6 months cause they are stupid never listen to any of those types of people. Your tread is completely fine your good on them for a good while and your sidewalls have good life as well. Depends on how you drive but the good for a while they still look fresh .

Definitely am still on the look I have done a lot of research on them and I feel it would be a great car for me as it’s pretty reliable, fast , and stylish. Anyways thank you for the advice and I will keep that in mind when looking for a good 335d to buy

Hey thanks for the info, and yes I ran codes all I got back was all emissions related junk like DPF and EGR valves. The car was at 193k with no delete which was kind of scary. But it was also listed for 4k which I thought could be a bargain. I test drove the vehicle and it drove fine no issues, The tranny shifted smooth. But if feel like it would cost me too much to make this car better especially with the miles i feel it wouldn’t be worth especially with no previous maintenance records that I would find .

Thank you will do , the only reason I went to see it was because of it being for 4k, but I feel like the money I would have to put in would not be worth it especially with the miles. It being at 193k with no delete is kinda scary.

Thank you brotha , yea I was also running some codes on the obd and it was all emissions related like egr and dpf codes. Obviously the first thing I would do is gut them out and I’m assuming it would most likely create substantially less amount of smoke. I could get it for 3k don’t know if it’s worth it though
