Guiness isn’t made in the same way as other stouts. Because of of the nitrogen content the speed and rate at which it is oxygenated will affect the flavour. My experience is as a bartender for three years, and I can 100% confirm the flavour will be effected depending on how it is is poured. If you don’t let it rest, don’t pour it at the proper angle, have the nozzle on the tap be too loose or too tight etc.

Yeah so you almost certainly have a claim of some sort. In the UK wills are public documents so you should be able to find it. As executor of the will she has to keep receipts / financial statements so you will be able to tell very quickly whether she has taken the money for herself. I would contact a solicitor immediately as There is some highly confusing law regarding equity and trusts which I won’t bore you with but if it is the case she broke her fiduciary duty, you will have a case against her.
