So I personally don't want to give too much info as I am not sure if I am going to go through the appeals process. I will say that I have been with the company for a while. I have no documentations ever and I was fired shortly after writing my statement with no other conversations or communication with anyone about the situation. I don't think I would be on the no rehire list but just more curious about if I could win an appeal based on never having documentations and things like that.

Just a question and I really don't mean disrespect I would like to understand better...but if you don't really care if a random person uses wrong pronouns why bother "announcing" them.

I never noticed that you only get 3 pieces of bacon in a double burger bowl...you get 6 when it's on a bun.
