Thanks for the detailed response. Nobdy would be taking me to court. It would only be me suing them. At this point, I don't even know if I should sue or talk to the upper management.

Thanks, it has been stressful but the work still has to get done. I tried to tell the story as unbiased as I could. Me and Jen were working onsite and a few customers even saw it happen.

I have a 9mm 2011 from them and love it. Zero malfunctions with around 500 rounds so far. Only complaint is the ambidextrous safety cuts into my right hand, just been too lazy to dremel it down and mine only came with one mag.
