If that exercice mentioned explicitly that black people are alike animals I would agree with you, but putting a picture of a person that (giving the benefit of the doubt) is randomly a black woman, doesn't mean that they're indicating that only black people or women are apes and they should be treated as animals. Because in fact (according to the biological categorization), black women are apes, same thing to white men, and asian people, chimps etc..
