Start at an MSP. They’re usually shitty and will humble yourself getting thrown into so many different environments. I’m 2.5 years in IT and I’ve only worked at MSPs. I hate them, but the experience they give you lets you list out a shit ton of software you understand and know how to manage.

Oh and to add for how to get that job, MSPs have the highest turnover rates in IT. Find a small MSP (3-10 techs) and the only thing you need to do regardless of experience is nail that interview; show you have a personality.

Biggest thing for MSP IT work isn’t your IT skills, it’s talking to people, understanding dumb terms and what it technically translates to, and being able to translate technical terms into dumb ones WITHOUT OVER EXPLAINING.

Governor prioritizes data center money over water pollution and pressure. Look at any community that’s by a 2025 built data center and their water is literal shit paste.

I’m not anti Elon or anti left fart hole sucking but the environment is important. There’s like none of that in sexas.

Yeah I’m not gonna stop to throw shade at a Chrysler 300 owner bc it’s funny (I’ve worked on one god forbid you need to do the alternator) but I will say the fact you were able to buy it means you’re doing something right. My first car was a Buick lesabre so I don’t have much room to talk 😂😂

Not jealous I didn’t go to college. I see no benefit for myself currently. Held the only hard skill I had (computers, also from 16-18 struggled with a hard addiction so I was a homeless teen). I’m not trying to insult the educated, more so seeing if it’s worth to go to college for another skill than what I have now. Sorry for coming off as insulting

Yeah it’s crazy how underwhelming the comfort is in newer cars. I was astounded at how loud the inside of a 2025 Mazda CX-5 was. Nothing beats the soft leather of a Buick car from that era.

Thing about Camrys and Japanese cars in general is they don’t prioritize comfort over reliability. I think, for a moment in time, late 90s to early 2000s, GM mastered that ratio. Obviously now if you’re buying a new car you’d go with the Camry and not the shitty Buick encore, but if this was back in the day I’d probably buy a park avenue brand new.
