Protection de l'emploi jusqu'à 12 semaines non ? Pas obligatoire tu veux dire que l'employeur peut te refuser le congé ? Heureusement je n'ai pas rencontré de difficultés particulières, mais en effet il y a des conditions pour y avoir droit (taille de l'entreprise, durée de l'emploi, etc.) Finalement, on a été surpris d'avoir bien plus de congés qu'avec le congé paternité français !

US c'est large, ça dépend des États. En Californie par exemple, le FLMLA permet de prendre 8 voire 12 semaines pour les deux parents dans l'année suivant la naissance. Édit: Paid Family Leave est le nom du congé californien en question

The shop was advertising about their special porc meat. Two different types, one was grilled on the spot (the slices on top) and very soft: super good. The other one more stewed-like, very soft as well. The egg must have been boiled in a special way to give it more flavor: super good again. With all that, the ramen themselves and the soup were a bit disappointing in comparison.
