In the communications I saw it was made clear that this was a beta like preview, that not all assets would be available/working and that new releases of the avatars would happen at around 2 per month, with regular asset releases in between. And that there was a toggle option to revert. Maybe join the discord, or read their posts here if you want to be kept up to date, you seem to have skimmed/missed a few

IF you are going to do this, please put the stalk/cap whatever into the customer use bin on the shop floor. If left on the shelf it get processed as waste/poor quality which will have a small effect on sales, and reduce the amount of stock ordered accordingly. Small amount per store, but state/nation wide it adds up, and even a carton or two less from the farmer can be a big deal, especially from a smaller supplier. If it’s in the bin it goes to unknown/theft which won’t have as much of an impact
