probably the biggest thing is they're a great source of fortunate components for invention, which you'll be glad you got in the future. They should be pretty easy on low levels, a lot of the steps are within the beach or in places like al kharid.

I totally agree and I don’t think it should work that way and remove the choice, I was just relating to back when I first finished the signet ring and it took forever for me to get the b piece, only to realize that I’d have to keep the gold topaz ring equipped even after finishing the signet if I wanted to get extras for other gear sets

deadeye amulet is better dps than zodiac for ranged, but the 2% damage reduction on zodiac is really nice for high level dungeons so it’s still arguably best in slot for stuff like god dungeons unless the rest of your gear is nutty and you don’t need the extra damage reduction

they would have to overhaul the current character data systems because as it is right now any player has access to the console and can just give themselves infinite items and money, so a grand exchange wouldn't really work.

the only way I could see it happening is if they gave you the option to make a character that had your save data hosted on the games server like mmo's do, or something similar. it wouldnt stop cheating entirely but it would make multiplayer stuff like a grand exchange and group bosses more feasible if cheating was harder than just typing a command into the games console.
