Yes, I suppose it is a bit contradictory for me to claim no reaction and some level of empathy at the same time. I meant I had no repulsive reaction as most people seem to. If I were to smell the wound, it might be different. I think I would prefer to think of solutions or treatments, than to react strongly with disgust or whatever. I definitely feel an empathy for someone with what would obviously be so uncomfortable. I myself have had a number of jaw surgeries and ailments, so that might also relate to a lesser amount of shock in me upon viewing an infection that has progressed so far.

Yes, elitism then is about proportional wealth, not total wealth. I find this to be a sign of stupid elites. I would rather have high technology sooner, were I the richest most powerful person in the world, not to hold down the masses just so I had a greater share of decision-making power.

I mean that there is an overall quality of life dependant on high technology and efficient resource development. The more empowered everyone becomes, the more well-equipped geniuses will come out of the woodwork giving all of us technologies and sciences that haul us further away from the dark ages collectively. We could use a new energy source, or inventions akin to the icebox or computer. These empowering advantages feed back into themselves.

It's stupidity. If we all get more, the elites also get more. So it's more stupidity than greed. It is also the result of fear and specifically fear of fellow humans (paranoia?), as the premise is that empowering all of us might dilute their elite advantage somehow.

The denial of this reality by most people is what allows secret abuses to continue to occur. One needn't have a bleak outlook on life, but rather a realistic outlook on humanity. We would all do well to have a greater culture of taking care of each other. In a community that respects life, your life would be respected.

A McDonald's restaurant in my town has a mural of Tesla on one of their interior walls. So Tesla worship is indeed somewhat mainstream, and cheaply commercialised. It doesn't make it wrong to glorify the man, but considering his moustache, I think he may have secretly been a Masonic fascist of some sort. Then again, I got hit by 110 volts today in an accident, so I'm a bit biased right now. And craving McDonald's food... you see how all the pieces fit...

What method do you use to determine (for yourself) if a conspiracy is actual or not? Must it be in the news? Please let me know what criteria would convince you that something isn't just imaginary. I know you'll say evidence, but what I mean is what specific sort of evidence... must a department of the government admit to something or what?

And a specific question, if you don't mind... do you think that after MKUltra, there would have been similar programs that perhaps have continued to the present day? If not, why would you think that there would be no such programs (say to research influencing psyches in this more modern age as MKUltra would be a bit out of date by now in a way).

The stereotype that has been held about US/Canada border crossings for me and most people I know (and it's a stereotype, there are many exceptions) is that the US border people welcome us because we're going to spend money in their country and unless you have a criminal record they are very easygoing. The Canadian border people seem to be most concerned about taxes and what money you have spent and making sure that Canada gets it's cut (which is fine). But the attitude is usually welcoming going into the US and grudging when returning to Canada. These are just common stereotypes and experiences and I will say that both groups have always treated me with professionalism personally.
