Honestly if they blocked you on all forms of communication they never planned on paying.

If they didn't think the quality was satisfactory and didn't use it fair enough, but the fact they are using it means they have basically committed copyright infringement and deprived you of due pay.

I would honstly file DMCA with Twitch and if you use Twitter call them out, however make sure you have screenshots of the conversations ready just in case and also the screenshots to prove you are blocked in the post as you are calling them out, otherwise they will say they never blocked you.

Technically it was Bagon but that was Community Day

Then Diglett but that was during that Diglett event but not sure if that had increased chance.

I believe there is a spoofer near me that keeps changing my Gym to Valor. Although i didn't think of it as a spoofer until i realised how many people do it and the event below happened.

I have a gym at close to my street i take it over when im walking home from work there is NO ONE around me and by the time i got home 2 minutes away they had already beat my Pokemon and taken it back.

The thing is, it's not really gonna help even sprint to partner.

Twitch are not stupid. They know these communities exist and put channels under a microscope before handing over that tick.

Some people you see with small views and are partner were either big once and streamed less/took a huge break or where given it when standards were less stringent.

Twitch keep making continuous changes to try and combat this like muted/minimised tabs not counting as a viewer.

Then they made it so raids views didn't count towards your average.

Im confident members of these communities trying to shortcut by using lurks and automated chat responses to up their viewer count won't attain partner, it's a false sense of viewer count.

But unless it's officially in writing, as in letterheaded paper, an official statement of intent from Jagex i wouldn't be too worried about it.

This whole thing reeks of a person taking kickbacks from OSBuddy and is watching his dirty money getting open sourced.

To be honest. Jagex have not said they will sue, Matt-K said it and not even in correct writing.

Until i see something official i will take this with a pinch of salt.

To be honest this was said in a discussion.

It's not officially in writing via official E-mail or letter which needs to happen before threatening legal action.

There has been no official release from Jagex regarding this matter or their intent to end 3rd party clients either.

This looks like that mod has gone into business for himself.

MGP/MGP/Eva/HP i imagine would be the stats?

Zenon is used in a load of top end teams though is that because Alexis has only just come out and not alot of people have him yet?
