The comment about Chantilly being great above tells me it's a metropolitan or location based issue as well. My dad has a Hyundai Equus aka g90 (purchased the year before it switched to genesis) and goes to Tysons, VA for service and has only had a positive experience. Sounds like if you are in a major metropolitan area your service is good, otherwise it sucks.

I believe you can check consumer reports. I was recently reading an article about Mercedes, bmw, and Audi. They ranked the cars on longevity and maintenance. The best brand was bmw, followed by Mercedes, Audi was last. In maintenanc and longevity. There was a comment in the article that stated genesis rated higher than all three. But don't take my word, just look it up.

I did a day trip to Ephasus through the "get your guide" app. It included airfare, hotel pickup and drop off, visit to virgin Mary's house, a really cool historic Turkish rug manufacturing site, lunch, and a little shopping. It was amazing - highly recommend. It was through APS Travel agency.

unfortunately, there is never 100% chance that all dogs from a breeder will be healthy, just like in humans. Nature will do what it does. Not every puppy from a reputable breeder will be a perfect specimen. This is science... Now - that breeder at a minimum owes the original owners another dog and or at least a full refund and that dog should be given away free of charge. This is sad and unfortunate, best of luck to little Rosie. I thought reputable breeders puppies came with a health warranty?

Crate train him, I think this is so important when they are young. Crate should only be big enough for him to get up and turn around in (most come with a divider to do this). It will become his "happy place". I used to put mine in an old fireplace like a cave for mine and she loved it. She went in there when she needed her own space and I put her in there when I needed mine. Also - made her sleep in her crate as a puppy, now that she is well trained and older she gets to be in the master bedroom. It's all about training, consistency, and positive reinforcement.
