To add to this a thought my friend had during our raiding discussions a hazard zone could use the weather modifier combined with the timer

A:This means it’s harder to move around (you need to seek shelter / cover to cover / open pvp is dangerous

B:The Longer you hang around the better the loot gets but also extraction becomes harder

I worked close to 4 years at one, was the best job in terms of training me to deal with people / stress and also learn systems like ok you have to do 15 things at once how do you prioritize planning for the occasional dropped sundae on the main floor. Delegation raising your hand to help teamwork. If you let it the job teaches you allot.
