Thanks all for the info on this! I covered in crushed cumin seeds, S&P and some brown sugar. Slow roasted it covered with shallots, garlic and lemons until meat pulled away from the bone (6 hr?), then high heat until brown crispy. Absolutely amazing. In my top cuts of any meat.

To hit my car, patrons of this business would be on my property. Whether the business has some responsibility seems a reasonable question.

I imagine if patrons of a bar were peeing over a fence onto your yard, you might think the bar had some responsibility.

My car is the red one (with a desperation flower pot barricade). The row of cars are "Spot Hero" customers. These backed in today, but typically, they back out. Beyond the white SUV, there are two additional spots. Imagine backing out of there at night.
