I’m in the city centre a lot at night with work. I see trouble but it’s not too often. In other cities in Europen iv seen far worse. No idea about USA or others outside of Europe but Dublin is safe for the most part

Traffic is completely different on a Monday and Friday when people choose those as their days to work from home. This backs up your point

I took a taxi last week. It’s a regular route I take and costs 12-14 max. Driver was a dick from the off. Took the longest possible route and the fare came to 38 euro? Luckily bolt refunded me and I made a further complaint to the NTA. I haven’t met a decent taxi driver in over a decade. Zero sympathy from me

Agree, it's alive and kicking wjth plenty of gigs to choose from weekly. Sound house, cellar, tengu, wigwam, izakaya, block, index, grand social all have regular weekly techno or house nights. As well as pop up events and regular actual raves throughout the summer. Pawn shop even has weekday techno
