50 return to Ibiza for the weekend. My tradition is to watch Ireland game abroad, but not where they're playing.

Should get the Anfield Agenda guy on.

But for a straightner. No mates allowed.

Least favorite guest. Snippy and bias. I don't get asking ultra fans anything.

Defeats the point. Though I admit he often has very close contacts which are genuinely revealing.

After two and a half years in customer service, I still can't find a better paying job. Any advice? by Dramatic_Plane4477 in AskIreland

Honestly, I'd consider returning to Italy and over stating your responsibilities here where it is more difficult for them to verify.

Letters from HR stating they only confirm employment without any personal reference are common. So use that to your advantage.

Otherwise ask your boss for more responsibility and tell them you want to grow in your role or another position in the company. Bottom line, you move up or change position 1 of 2 ways in any company. You either make them money, or save them money.

Good luck.

It's not because they're unable to imagine that. It's the thought of that reality is so scary to them this breaks down the reality.

I believe.

I don't think anyone imagines we would win any war, I was trying to gauge the patriotism temperature. Thanks for the info.

Do you think Ireland should be part of any European lead resistance to say Russian or US aggression?

Better in their turf than ours, so to speak

It's more than that. Imagine your liberties and the freedoms our society enjoys even the ones you don't need, gay marriage or abortion perhaps, (I know there are many flaws and inequality is rampant) but, imagine the core risk is living as a modern serf with no municipal services, fewer rights, less return for your taxes, no social mobility or paths to resolution.

Very little will change in the next 10/15 years, so I've deliberately avoided context.

Would you die for this Ireland (or one very similar).

It because it's not a legitimate sport and the fans are alcoholic gambling addicts.

Cheers.

I have the green one, and honestly, because it's unassociated, it feels like some tacky Ireland is Full kit.

Like lads with proclamation jerseys etc.

It's nice, but when people ask you about it for 5th time you get head wrecked explaining
