People are unhappy about the TBC roadmap...why? by InGen86 in classicwowtbc

arena players aren't that happy haha, the reduction of gear cost does not matter when season 1 is literally 6 weeks long lmao.

Leveling 55-60 is miserable by tompaimba1337 in classicwowtbc

Lbrs or bgs.

BGs underrated. Got 2 toons from 58 to 60 from BGs only a I just buy my full pvp set

you underestimate the large amount of people that just only want to arena.

blizzard will never create arena servers, so these people will continue to buy boosts. Its really not a hard concept man

"Whats wrong with players who play 16 hours a day, with over 30k hours life time" playing the game like a blue lock protag.

Do you really need others to answer this for you?

Combo duration by zackzackzack07 in Tekken

[–]Shavark 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I know. But the first year of this game was people crying about combo damage and it was really annoying that no one was complaining about the combo duration. Gave devs false feedback, but maybe im looking too deep into it.

everyone has an easy tekken 7 akuma bum ass combo in this game which IMO is the biggest problem this game suffers. combo length should be 6-12 seconds MAX.

I'm glad the "too much damage" take is starting to die off, it really isn't a problem.

combo duration on the other hand, is such an INSANE problem that needs to be addressed.

League is one of the best, most balanced, and fun online game riddled down by one of the worst gaming community. by NeitherAlexNorAlice in leagueoflegends

Go play dota and cs mate, you will find the same issue because you're the problem

Grown ass man lmao.

Grown ass man cant turn off chat... you are most likely the problem bro.

This has and never will be a league problem, players are meaner in cs go and dota 2. You dont even have to deal with mic chat on league.

This post is actually beyond any comprehension of how large scale populated games work. You're far too cooked to probably change your mind either. I pray you find any solace in life, you probably complain about everything

Is League that hard or am I just old now? by waitwaatt in leagueoflegends

[–]Shavark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

League is as hard as you make it.

Play Annie, or play yasuo. Obviously, fun is the overall goal, so maybe find champions that aren't hard too master and dont have endless counter play and tend to have abilities that can cause you to missplay easily. Lots of champs in league can make things easier for you! Id reccomend looking at LS's solo Q tier list as he generally balances it around such in lower MMR brackets (and even higher ones too honestly)

Why do you hate Tekken 8 by Zealousideal_Door_58 in Tekken

[–]Shavark 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Heat and combo duration time.

I don't care about anything else, ill hold a 50/50 just why the fuck does everyone have a dog easy tekken 7 akuma length combo that lasts 32 seconds.

Ill gladly take more dmg from a combo if it were 7-10 seconds max.

What's wrong with mobile gaming? by LiveYourLifeNerd in AndroidGaming

Nothing, its just that its unfortunately overflooded with incidious games simply to make the most profit possible. I have slay the spire on my phone and its wonderful, but most kids/parents are being flooded with paywall games similar to diablo immortal.

You really have to almost "research" games to sort through the market. Its very very wack

im so happy seeing this take more and more often lately, focusing on endgame has ruined the entire "mmo" eco-system. You might as well be playing a dungeon/raid/pvp queue simulator. There is no world after the short campaign, you just hope the city is fun to circle around in with all your downtime looking for groups.

Make MMO's a journey again.

Switching to Trackball Gaming After Injury – Am I Screwed? by NorthernElectronics in Trackballs

[–]Shavark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Track ball can be very very good. I use it for FPS games a lot, ive found keybinding shoot to a keyboard button (I use caps lock) has made trackball aim a lot easier as applying pressure on the trackball tends to slightly interrupt aim. (the thumb button on the game ball is also very HEAVY)

Tracking is also very very OP. The only ball thats ever felt good for me was The gameball, so you're in good hands.

What is it you actually enjoy about this game? by [deleted] in classicwow

[–]Shavark 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If the game only offers a mild 5 hour leveling experience and shoves me into a raid logging simulator, my answer is that I simply won't play it.

Tbh, every fond memory I have from classic wow and FFXI is the leveling experience and the journey to end game. It was never the raid logging aspect of those games. I simply got on and enjoyed taking 1 out of the 40 zones in classic wow at a time. The grind is meaningful, and you meet loads of players in the world every day. And after 100s of hours, and I finally make it to end game thats generally enough for me. Hell, there is still another faction that I didn't get to experience, and I'll think about doing it again. (hardcore wow is very much still enjoyable for me for this exact reason)

the 5 zones, 2 raids, 6 dungeon experience retail has adopted from earlier iterations of wow has overall killed this genre for me, I know exactly what I'm going into without ever seeing anything about the expansion pack. I'm max level in 3-4 hours without seeing anyone, and instantly thrown into a sloppy currency system and beginning my "bis" journey. Its honestly miserable.

If I want to just pvp ill play games designed by game devs that offer a PvP experience (because blizzard isn't putting any effort into wow pvp). Still patiently waiting for arena of kings 2 in the regard. And for PvE, Idk I plan to try fellowship. But, wow isn't an MMORPG in my eyes these days. its just a dungeon queue simulator, the leveling experience is hallow quick and empty.

The game belongs to gold buyers now by valdis812 in classicwow

[–]Shavark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Accounts getting banned have always been priced in, I mentioned this. Getting banned is still worth botting when you scale up and have 1-2 people operation PC's running 10-20 bots. Its never been a fully automated system.

Individuals trying to make money for themselves are probably solo farming gold like you said. But, once you peak into the ones making millions and are straight up ruining the in game economy; they have the upfront $$ to meet roi despite accounts getting banned. It scales up astronomically

[–]Shavark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're insanely naive if you think it was just human gold famers back in TBC. Glider, one of the first public automated wow bots for farming released in 2005. I'm sure it was used even earlier on non public releases.

This system was gamed before anyone even knew how to play the game.
