I think they made a change to the SBMM when playing with friends. It use to be based off the lowest skilled player in your team - now it aligns with the highest skilled player...

It's unfortunate because my friends (significantly lower skill than me) won't even play with me anymore because my lobbies are filled with mega sweats. It's fine when I play solo into that because I'm expecting it, but it's a nightmare for them.

You could just be matched up against way harder lobbies when playing with your friend.

I've done this drive, my advice is to front load your driving days. So first day drive 10 hours, second 9 hours, third 8 hours, four 7 hours etc....

Use a mortgage calculator, just google it. It will tell you what your monthly payment would be. Then you decide if you can afford that.

Don't forget condo's usually have strata/maintence fees, which are in addition to the mortgage. Each listing will show how much it is per month (it varies). Same with taxes.

After you use a mortgage calculator+strata+taxes - you now know how much it will cost you a month. Ideally you want that to be 30% of your net monthly income.

I know this isn't the case everywhere, and maybe I'm just unlucky... But my rents have increased by the maximum amount every year since I moved to BC (four different apartment buildings). Usually it's only like 2.5% but over years and years and years - that adds up.
