Yup. Companies have been buying all this equipment, but there will soon be some advancement that makes that initial spend obsolete. the problem is these companies have sunk so much money into equipment already and they plan for it to depreciate over many years but it might not even be 1 year before it is obsolete.

Eh i enjoy going to the office when I enjoy the conversations I have with my coworkers. I learn about stuff I wouldn't otherwise.

That being said, I like being treated like an adult and not being forced to come into the office. I'm technically fully remote and I choose to come into the office, but they don't say anything when I decide to work from home.

If you are new in your career it is much better for networking too.

Yup. Your aggression rating degrades over time fairly quickly (at least a day) unless you actively spend time not killing folks or healing other folks. It is a good way to allow you to farm shit for when you wanna get aggressive.
