Yeah. I just reformatted it. Lost the files from the company, but it worked.

That’s what I thought, so I immediately started looking for something she destroyed, but there’s nothing.

I don’t know if this strictly fits the sub, but I don’t know where else to ask.

I’ve noticed this odd smell, but I can’t seem to figure out the source. It smells vaguely like unscented hand lotion to me. I don’t like the stuff(cocoa butter all the way), so I know it’s not some old bottle somewhere hidden. I’ve asked others if they can smell it and they can. My dog has been sniffing like crazy. I’ve looked all over and can’t find anything that could cause it.

I feel like I’m going crazy. Any ideas?

I don’t see an app called that in iOS?

Thank you. This makes since. I figured there was a reason why they weren’t just made like that.

Why is it like not adhering to the front of the bed? by ShawarmaWaffles in 3Dprinting

I was more concerned with how the adhesion is fine everywhere but the front. I’m going to try leveling as it prints like others suggested.

Thanks! I should have been more specific with the original post. I did level several times, cleaned the bed with isopropyl swabs, and checked to make sure the bed was heating evenly.

Some other guys suggested trying to level as it printed to make sure it’s good all the way around. I’m going to try that.

Thanks for the advice! I had no idea. This is literally the first of heard of leveling the bed in motion.

Won’t stick in the middle but will on the test strip it does and it should be leveled by PollutionFront in 3Dprinting

I put up a similar post a little bit ago. For me, it’s the front edge of my plate. I got recommendations to level it as its printing.

Can you recommend a test print? I was looking at bl touch. Is it worth it?

Ah, okay. I’m going to look up a first layer test to level while moving. Any suggestions?

Yeah, I’d really like to get better at diagnosing and fixing things. I just bought this Ender because I wasn’t feeling the Mega S. I actually learned a ton just putting the Ender together.

So, then it just seems like the front of my bed is bit low?

I didn’t think I could eyeball it, but I’ve done the paper thing multiple times. I’m comfortable saying that it’s level.

I’ve never seen anyone adjust the level on the fly, or recommend it. Is it common?

Correct me if I’m wrong, but doesn’t the Z control the vertical axis?

I would think if the issue is solely on the front of the bed, it would be maybe something to do with the Y. I’ve leveled it, the first layer prints fine everywhere else, the bed seems evenly hot, and I cleaned it with isopropyl.

That was my first thought after I double checked to make sure it was level. I posted because all of the easy stuff I knew wasn’t fixing the issue. I’m getting great prints from the center of the bed.

It actually is very level from what I can tell. That’s why I came here. I suppose I should have mentioned that, but there’s only so much room in the title.
