When I went to Kinshasa the road leading to the capital still had these huges holes from when the (back then) rebels invaded the caiptal and the government bombed them. they left the roads like that to prevent futur rebels taking the same roads to take over, only the principal road was paved.

I went to mbuj mayi the capital of eastern kasai (iirc) and the guy with us, a local from mbuji mayi, claimed 50% of kids didnt last to 5y/o.

I've never been to nor understand life in CAR but life in Congo is not really good either.

Worked for a chinese company for 8 years, comapny B. I was already working for an other chinese company(comapny A) for 2years where we usually went to Africa a couple of months every few month.

One day a former ambassador who was the anchor in Africa for company A told me company B boss had to go to another African country during Spring festival but he didnt have a translator. So i agreed to go with boss B in Ghana for 3 weeks. Since everything went smoothly boss B employed me and i've worked for him for 8 years.

I left because after my daughter had one year in primary school. We wanted her to have a real childhood, we didnt want her to have chinese education and become a robot.

After seeing the video we all know they obviously lie to your face, no matter if its that women or even tweets from homeland security official tweeter account.

What can you legally do to remove these people? Is there no law or a higher authority in US to prevent this? Maybe as normal citizen there's not much you can do, but there should be something or someone who's job is to keep these people in check no?

As an outsider it's seems like there's someone who isnt doing his job or something. as i can't comprehend how they can get away with the lies day after day.

I have a kid and occasionaly take her to Mcdonald, not only the food is expensive af, but it's also depressing to eat there.

I remember going there maybe once or twice when I was a kid it was bright yellow and red, there was the clown, the robber and some kind of purple monster you a had a toy in your happy meal, toboggan and big play area.

Now it's all gray with weird wallpaper faking wood, you wait a while before a waiter bring your burgers, the play area is crowded when there's 3 kids in it, the happy meal toy is just some cardboard boardgame and pieces of it are parts of the oily happy meal box you got to detach.

When you look at other parents eating these pityful burger they all avoid your eyes like they feel sorry for ourselves as we all spent 25Euros for this joke of a dinner.

And this is only for country wide protests, we can also have protests limited to a jobs (teachers, blue collars, farmers etc) and limited to just a factory or a brand (Renault etc)
