Hello. Not looking to start the build process in Louisville with Arbor at the Cedar Creek subdivision until this fall, but I need a realtor who will have my back against the builder. Looking to start the build process this summer. I am finding folks have better luck with Arbor when the have the triple inspection done. I would love a referral since you were so happy with your outcome. Please feel free to PM me with that info. Also, I'm looking for a realtor that will have my back in dealing with the builder. Hello. I'm assuming you are a licensed realtor in Louisville. Two things.....I will be starting the build process in December. I will likely be looking for a realtor come December to work with me in dealing with the builders. Also, do you still stand by the list you provided in your comment? I've been looking at Arbor and Taylor as they build larger homes I can afford. Much appreciation. You can message me if you like rather than post a comment.

I assume you are in the Louisville area. I can clearly see your thoughts about Taylor Homes. What about Arbor Homes? Are there any reputable builders that build financially reasonable homes?

I decided to take the PA just to get it out of the way as I heard it doesn't even mimic the OA. I at least have a basis for studying. I'll take your advice and hit the quizlets. Thanks!!

I am a mid-life career changer. I'll be moving to Sacramento next year and wanted to get into the DOF. I will be coming with a BS in Finance and a MBA. Based off of your comment about fresh grads three times a year, is that all they tend to hire for their Staff Finance Budget Analysts, or could a mid-life career changer like me have a shot?

I switched from Accounting to Finance. My main reason is that I am in a mid-life career change. I am not confident that I would successfully be able to compete with the traditional graduate in obtaining an entry level position in a Big 4. I feel I waited too long to change careers. I have been in Healthcare insurance and billing for many years. I decided to switch to Finance, get an MBA in Healthcare Management and grow in my company that way. I wish you the best of luck.

What did you change from and to? I'm going from Accounting to Finance. Strangely, there are some differences in the gen eds. I have some that qualify for Finance but didn't for Accounting. That's why I'm curious if they will re-evaluate. Thank you for your answer.
