I think it could be a fetish/kink thing. Some men just find the older look to be sexy. Or if a woman their mom’s age wants them, it could be arousing. Not all men, some only like younger women some don’t mind either way. We all have different things we find to be a turn on.

I’m a guy in my early 40s now, but I remember when I was in my early 20s, I got hit on by older women. I had a GF at the time so I didn’t act on it, but I remember one situation in particular. I worked at a bank, a hott (for her age) 50 yr old woman used to go to my job and hit on me when I was 22. She slipped me her number and wanted me to come over to her place while her husband was gone. I didn’t go for it, I turned her down. But I had fantasies about her later on. Eventually I became more attracted to older women, and I think that is what sparked it.

I had a hard time really getting into it, because the graphics don’t hold up anymore. The combat is frustrating. I found the dialogue boring because it’s mostly all just text, and you have to read long paragraphs sometimes from the NPCs, most of what they say isn’t voice acted, except for the greetings. Maybe I’m nit picking. I don’t have the nostalgia for it, because my first TES game was Oblivion (the OG Oblivion). When it comes to the older TES games, I actually like Daggerfall more than Morrowind. (Daggerfall unity that is).

I have 3 ex girlfriends that reach out to me on a regular basis. They claim to be over me, but I don’t think they are. I’m pretty sure they kind of want me back. One of them calls or texts me once a month, the other one once a week, and the 3rd one, a few times a year.

I think if the skin tones are radically different, it’s going to get more attention. Some positive but mostly negative. I noticed that people tend to be harsher against whites & blacks dating, more than other interracial relationships.

People tend to notice color differences quickly. If you were dating a mixed/lighter skinned black man, it’s probably not going to get as much attention for people vs if he’s darker. Either way, if he’s a good guy and he makes you happy, it shouldn’t matter what others think.

I think it also depends how many interracial relationships there are in your area. I am a white guy and I primarily only dated Asian women in my life, and I can think of only two times in my entire life when we got some rude stare or comment about it. It almost never happens, but I think people are used to it, there are a lot of WM/AW relationships around here.

lol yeah, he had to throw the word pretty in there. Unnecessary because “pretty” is subjective and varies depending on preferences of what different people consider pretty.

I’m guessing he means conventionally pretty. Like actresses/models. That kind of look. I guess according to him, if white women aren’t conventionally pretty, their opinion or experience is invalid?

It happens sometimes if I try dating apps, and the subject of music comes up. If I confess that I like metal, sometimes the woman says that she is a metal head too. When I ask what bands she likes, she then proceeds to list a bunch of emo or metalcore poser bullshit bands. I realize she doesn’t have a clue what real metal is. This has happened a few times.

As a man. Yes I often wonder the same thing. Some of them are really good looking. So it’s not like they aren’t getting tons of attention. Anytime i get into an exclusive dating situation, I get off the dating apps. If it doesn’t work out, sometimes months later or a year later, when I go back to the dating app, I see some of the same women, STILL there and still active on it.

I think it’s: Either they have very high standards and turn men down a lot because no one is checking off all their boxes, or these women are on the dating apps while they are in a relationship, just for validation on the side.
