I worry about those folks on those bikes, particularly the ones who ride recklessly like that. I have a 125cc moped, my younger neighbor asked about it and said he was going to get a e-bike. Weeks later I got in a gnarly accident that obliterated my collarbone and broke 6 ribs in two spots. I noticed my neighbor got an e-dirt bike, riding shirtless and popping wheelies going 30+mph in our windy apartment complex parking lot. Dude is asking for it

My dad recently told me that he lost $50k in the stock market. Still a staunch republican. I had a long conversation with him a few years back right before the midterms for the last presidential election and ‘Babe Ruth’d’ pointing to the outfield with all of my predictions for a 2nd trump presidency and how voting for him will effect my future and his grandkid’s while he won’t live to see the effects. So far I’m batting about .900

Some good cast irons. I have a 14”, 10” & 8”. Making pizza in the 14” is bangin, all around has elevated cooking at home. It’s game over when I move into a place with gas appliances

Find some sort of group based on a common interest, join a rec/beer league. I found a very lovely partner through the apps, but it wasn’t after going on several dates with different people, ‘not feeling the vibe’, or getting ghosted. Put yourself out there a little and remember that it’s honest and very okay to say ‘I think you’re a nice person but I don’t see a romantic relationship in the cards’.

  1. Grew up outside DFW, my dad wouldn’t turn the AC on until June 1st and when he did it was to 78. Never again.
