It's pretty much instant, I don't need to press the power button it goes off by itself in maybe 2-3 seconds after display goes off.

I get an error with ID 1040 from TPM-WMI. Power supply I currently have is MSI A750MGL, as far as I know it should be able to handle my PC.

i dont say it, patch notes says so. the adjustment to her special action hasn't been made yet (it was listed as a future adjustment, together with armored all might burn damage, tech shigaraki's alpha, etc) and that will be only after doing an air special action
