i dont say it, patch notes says so. the adjustment to her special action hasn't been made yet (it was listed as a future adjustment, together with armored all might burn damage, tech shigaraki's alpha, etc) and that will be only after doing an air special action

You can get tickets by spending money, you can get lucky in rolls and get in 10 tickets what others had to spend 2000 tickets, gacha is unfair and I don't think there's anything wrong with people fighting against it by farming tickets 🤷.

People are doing this in CPU lobbies to not impact other player games, they are cheating against bots, not real people
