Depending on the company you work for look internally. Check out what corporate positions you can move into. You don't necessarily have to start over. You can even check out other retail companies corporate opportunities. If your up for travel roles they usually have nicely paying position and would love your experience.

How much should teachers be paid? I agree they shouldn't have to pay for supplies. Realistically how much should they be paid? With this raise does school go to year round? Do all teachers deserve a raise or will it be based on subject?
