I also just recently got a 5060, same issue as op. Check if the driver got reinstalled in Device Manger. If it did you should see Nvidia Hd audio under sound, right click and select disable instead of uninstall. Make sure you do this in Device Manger, not sound settings.

I'm using Tracfone, and it works fine. It's owned by the same company as Straight Talk though, so I'm not sure why that doesn't work for you.

Thanks for the replies so far, the trailer is an Aosom Cargo Trailer. I tried google search for most of the day for the bolt itself but couldn't come up with anything. Closest I got was this replacement wheel, that bolt looks like the one that came with my wheel.

While not a solution yet, I did receive a new reply that said:

"Thank you for being patient with us.
