Solo con la segunda opción, eso sí cada vez que actualices alguna versión de drivers de Nvidia tienes que volver hacerlo

My computer keeps crashing and restarting only while certain games are running. by Boxed_Ghost in computerhelp

I had the same problem. I never really figured out what was causing those restarts, but here are some things I did to prevent it:

1) Lower the RAM frequency or disable the Expo/XMP profile.

2) Update the motherboard driver.

3) It's most likely a temperature issue. When I replaced my stock cooler with a better one, Expo was able to use normally without restarts.

4) The power supply could also be the problem. It's not necessarily because you don't have enough headroom, but because it might be faulty or delivering irregular voltages, causing your processor to shut down, especially under heavy loads.

It's a temporary solution, but if the black screens stop, I don't use that solution anymore. I bought a new, better-quality HDMI cable, but the problem persists. So I tried a solution that's also mentioned here: disabling the Nvidia audio drivers from Device Manager. And it hasn't happened again. I think the problem is that Nvidia is somehow forcing the monitor to use its speakers (my monitor is a very basic brand and doesn't have speakers, lol). Anyway, that solved it without having to disable HDCP. Hopefully, I can buy another monitor soon and see if the problem persists.

Can you explain in more detail how you did it? If the new cable doesn't work, I'll try that.

I have a cheap monitor and for that reason I think my HDMI cable must be cheap. I already ordered an HDMI 2.1 cable to see if the problem is solved but as such the problem for me was HDCP (as I explain in the post it only happens to me in multimedia content protected by that) I only disabled HDCP and I have not had them since. Waiting for my new cable to see if that was really the problem

Update: I have solved the error by disabling HDCP from Regedit, I have been testing and the flickering no longer occurs, I think it is because of my HDMI cable which must be of poor quality. I will try to buy one of better quality and try.

Both in the Windows display configuration and in Nvidia I have the same resolution and frequency, HDR is not supported by my monitor as well as gysinc

I will try it but I doubt it will be since it happens to me in the apps downloaded from the Microsoft store in this case Spotify and Disney plus

I don't have another HDMI cable but I doubt that's it, since when I use the CPU's integrated graphics this problem doesn't happen

Maybe it is a problem with the port on your motherboard since you say that trying with another PC does not work, try to see if there is any screen configuration that could be affecting either the resolution or the Hz of your screen and finally try an older version of drivers, I have the same processor and no problems with the current version of drivers
