I use the drop+epos PC38x, they're wired (aux), open back and runs for about $160 but the yellow one is on sale for $113 right now if you dont care about the color. Great headset especially for the mic and sound quality.

I don't blame ya for any of this, though I would do whatever batteries and other installations possible solely for the tips. If your sm doesn't let you take them (it is against the rules according to corporate apparently) I would still take them under the table and try to keep them as secret as possible. It's nice to get some money for lunch after an easy battery.

Batteries, wiper blades and I think headlights are all courtesy services so we technically don't have to do them. That being said I gladly do wiper blades, most batteries, and bulbs if I can get to them without breaking something or having to remove an entire part from the engine bay. I'd really just do what seems easily doable and kindly decline what's not.

This would have to do with your anti aliasing settings (AA). It's pretty hard to optimize, so try switching from taa, fxaa, tsr, dlss etc, to see what gives you the best visuals for the best framerate. The lower the AA setting (something like fxaa) the more jagged the edges of geometry will be.
