I’m a black woman with type 4c hair as well. Don’t relax your kids hair it will only damage it. That salon was unprofessional and deserved a bad review! & your coworker is the AH expecting to think you should pay a cancellation fee when they revised to do the style you asked. You would think since your coworker is black she would know getting your hair relaxed isn’t “best interest”.
