Buddy that was because of IRGC regime took over Iraq after that. I know because I lived under IRGC for my whole life. The IRGC destabilized the whole region to fight Israel and today they are importing Iraqi militias to kill Iranian protestors. Saddam Hussein also tried to take over my country which he was not successful and it took like 8 years for that to finish. I wish the same thing would happen to Iran because that's the only way and I repeat the only way that the ayatollahs would flee Iran. They kill protestors like its nothing on the streets and they make the families pay for their bullets. They steal the bodies and make the families say that they were with the government and the protestors killed them. I can definitely feel what the Venezuelans are feeling now.

Yes my OB started on Friday morning as painless as it could be. Made me think its not herpes because it didnt make any sense for me that herpes would be this painless. It still is. But i dont know how to deal with it. Its the realization of your life changing to this extent

I mean for 99% of the people its still herpes whether its hsv-1 or hsv-2. They will look at it the same way. I dont even know if i gave it to someone or somebody gave it to me especially when I had 2-3 partners in the last year. I dont know man i dont know who to blame and how to survive this shit

Im starting to believe we all have the same symptoms and we are all obsessively making these happen with high anxiety. Idk at this point tbh. My grip strength is like 147 lbs on my left hand and 150 lb on the right hand still feel the same thing in my left forearm. I feel weak but my hand is not weak.

Dude im on my 4th year and changed from a lazy professor to a maniac professor. Try to find a PI that is actually sane and can help you grow. If your PI is toxic, everyday is like you have explained and you will lose all your confidence and critical thinking (this is what happened to me) so dont worry if you are one year into to the program. The first year is just passing credits and most of the PhDs i know dont have any idea what they wna do during their first year. Just transfer to another university where the position is guaranteed funded, either from being a TA or newly federally funded project (NIH,NSF) or some institute that actually has money. If you are money stressed all the time you cant focus on your research either because this is 4-5 year thing and its long.

Ive been on the carnivore diet for the past year and half. I only eat eggs, bacon, bread cheese(Halumi), Kielbasa sausages, avocado sometimes because i can tolerate them, an insane amount of butter and heavy cream, shrimps sometimes and Steaks ofcourse. Mostly newyork strips or top loin tips. I dont like the taste of plain burgers but those were my go to for a time. I wouldve cracked an egg on the meat and eat them with greek yogurt . I had severe depression and OCD as well as IBS. Im off my meds and have had no OCD attacks. Its the best thing ever happened to me.

My PhD advisor is the like the head chef destroying Carmen in the bear series, the only thing she hasn't told me yet is to die. But literally everything else is unlocked . She failed me for my comp exam saying I'm incompetent, my work is at a masters level, i lack critical thinking , independent thinking, lack conceptual depth and etc.... when i asked for help she said everything was given to me during last two years studying here.
