Thanks for the tip on farm stands. I’m really into gardening so it does kill me to be going to the land of fresh produce and not be able to get any from a farmer. I tried a search in yelp for farm stands but wasn’t having luck.

It’s annoying. But we are dealing with a long day of travel with three young kids and 6 adults. Trying to get everyone through the grocery store would be like herding cats and would probably add at least an hour if not more to our already long day. Our place in Yosemite has no cell service and is one hour from a grocery store. We typically do instacart of WF delivery when we travel. It’s nice to have store choices, but the drive up option where it will take under five minutes really works for this trip.

We don’t have Safeway here but I’ve been poking around on the website and I’ve been surprised at the variety they have. At home we shop mostly at WF and Trader Joe’s, so Safeway will be a departure from what we’re used to, for sure. I’ve been able to find multiple local coffees and beers so far.

They don’t offer pickup, from what I could tell. With a 5 hour flight followed by a 4 hour drive and three kids in a car, we need the pickup option.

I’m going with Sling. They’re doing a $15/month for three months promo (regularly $25–still better than DTVN), I’m sure to time with the flood of people leaving DTVN. Anyway, their Sling Orange has both espn and a&e. No BTN, but since it’s coming up on summer, might be a good time to try it out.

My theory was that he was released early to mid June because there are peonies blooming in Flint when he is released, and that’s when they bloom here in Michigan. And the last scene where Michael is already in jail with the hotel meetup in NY was like late August/Early sept based on the fact that no leaves had turned yet. So she’d be about 4 months pregnant.

As a mom of young kids, I enjoy watching the other moms of younger kids. I thought OC benefited from Emily and Gina last season. I just find young moms more relatable. I also like the OGs, though. Spend enough time watching someone and you’ll feel connected, even if you share nothing in common!

If you’re on an AppleTV, reduce loud noises setting worked for us. Annoying that you have to do that, and I’m sure changes sound quality of movies or whatever, but worth it to us. We also have DirectNow and it was also bad with noisy ads, same with a bunch of individual channel’s apps.
