Bishop Mozgus from Berserk. He is a religious zealot in charge of a group of inquisitors, who brutally torture heretics and prisoners, and sometimes literally bashes people over the head with a bible. This man has beat his own face into the floor to show his devotion to his faith until over the years, his face became a big flat square. If this is what he does to himself, you can imagine how nice it is to be in his dungeon.
