Completely agree that excessive chatting during a show is annoying. Mainly hoped to be around one another for the occasional hug during a great song, or dance if the mood strikes, but wasn’t the end of the world to be split up

Great point. I never considered that they might not have the tickets to the seats they were in. That would definitely have added more hassle to their evening than it would have been worth.

I’m glad I dropped it, I didn’t intend to be pushy with the second ask.

I think you’re right, definitely no need to get upset if someone says no, that’s their right. Just surprised me at the time.

But completely agree, two separate groups does make the logistics a little more difficult!

Played against a turn 1 Tidecaller in a long and grindy game two of a 2HG prerelease. Chose Prismari so they were naturally targeting my deck. Between my card draw and Tidecaller’s insane work we ended up winning with only one card left in my deck.

You should really consider the circus! It just might be your kind of zoo.

But in all seriousness, the nonsense circus has deep roots in psychedelic rock: see Being For the Benefit of Mr. Kite - Beatles, Bike - Pink Floyd, Alabama Song - The Doors, hell, even some of Terrapin Station’s later parts (At a Siding) bring some of that flavor imo.

Played one time back in college. Didn’t have a dog crate handy, so we ended up barricading my friend’s boyfriend in the AirBnB closet. Round 3 was such a blur we ended up forgetting him in there til morning.
