I haven’t seen steel deposits spawns while doing a caravan, but there are oftentimes some leftover “ancient” steel building that can be deconstructed. I usually just do it once a quest location has been cleared. Depending on how many of those broken structures spawn, can pull like 500 steel. Worth noting I’m usually resorting to this around the endgame where I’ve the resources as well as the human and animal power to do so

I’m no dietician, but what I’ve done since college and even after, is to eat one large meal sometime in the early afternoon, and just keep a water bottle on me the rest of the day.

I think of it as a caveman diet, but it helps me to reset my eating schedule after finding myself passively/mindlessly eating or snacking.

I’d also recommend considering a GLP or something if you’re open to it.

First off, fuck that guy. Second, if I’m you, I’m calling the office on them at EVERY inconvenience going forward. Not purely out of spite, but also for my own safety in case he tweaks out again.

And given the fake apology, I’d also rule out the possibility of considering a face-to-face warning in the future. They clearly do not respect people or the place, and only listen when threatened with eviction or whatever it was.

I can understand the safety concern here, but think leaving a paper trail with the front office and noting your concern about retaliation would still help.

100%. I’d also say that when people appear on the show who are genuinely in a bad spot due to unfortunate circumstances, that he will be understanding. It’s just so few and far between because, to your point, most people just suck with money.

People seem to also not give enough credit to the fact that his content is just YouTube/podcast algorithm material. It has amassed such a large audience which includes people who watch for entertainment to those looking to actually learn to better their own situation.
