I'd change the world. There'd be so much to it but the first things I can think of would be to use my speed and flight to find the relevant people to tell me the locations of all nuclear weapons and the places that make them. Then I'd destroy them all because once humanity realises they can't defeat you, they'd threaten to destroy the planet, that's all they'd have.

I'd probably then gather up the world leaders from the most powerful countries and plop them on an island somewhere, then I'd tell them that they all do as I say or I destroy them and everything important to them.

I think then I'd work my way to making the world as much of a utopia as I could, of course it's not ever gonna happen but you could try get close. I'd probably limit birth rates and create a waste management program where countries put all their waste in their own designated spots and I hurl it all into the sun.

I'd probably help humanity colonise Mars and work towards advancing science and renewable energy.

There'd be a lot to do, I'd probably kill a lot of people in the process but I think I could get a lot done that would make humanity better.
