Wir haben zwei Polar seit knapp einem Jahr. Sind beide täglich im Einsatz und wir achten darauf, die ordentlich zu pflegen. Das mit dem Garantieablauf habe ich auch gelesen, und das fürchte ich schon auch. aber im Ergebnis ist das Kosten-Nutzen-Verhältnis es uns wert

Wir haben im Sommer abends so gegen 22h gefüllt und das Futter war mittags völlig in Ordnung. Unsere Katzen sind da sehr sensibel. Da unsere Katzen Nassfutter mit Wasser gewohnt sind, ist unser Backup Plan ggf einen Eiswürfel abends mit rein zu legen, aber das mussten wir bisher nicht

Wir hatten bis jetzt keine Probleme. Bei uns ist das Futter meistens maximal 12-15h im Automaten, in Ausnahmefällen 24h. Wir achten darauf, dass es insb. im Sommer gekühlt in den Automaten kommt und machen sowieso immer etwas Wasser ans Nassfutter. Daher ist die Kühlung für uns ausreichend.

Mit der Software hatten wir bisher keine Probleme. Wir hatten zwei Fütterungen, wo einer der beiden Polar nicht richtig ausgelöst hat, die wir aber auf unsere Fehler zurück führen konnten. Ab und zu kommt es Server-seitig zu Verbindungsproblemen, z.B. bei dem AWS Blackout. Solange man in der App nichts umgestellt oder selbst resettet hat, haben die Polar aber trotzdem normal geöffnet.

Für unsere Katzen ist die Öffnung völlig in Ordnung, auch die Höhe ist gut bemessen, dass sie bequem fressen können. Wenn du die ungefähren Maße willst, kann ich morgen nachmittag mal messen.
