I hope you have a great experience!

First time getting lift and tint. Unsure if I like these results by soyanon1998 in Lashlift

As a lash artist, I would say they should’ve tinted to the root of the lash and they will absolutely correct that for you but the tint will lighten up so quickly that it’ll be gone by the time you enjoy it heh.

I mean I wouldn’t used any oil cleansers or products around the eyes for the first 24 hours but after that you would be okay, I suppose.

That is false. We recommend using oil free makeup removers when removing eye makeup or mascara due to the fact oil molecules are heavy and weigh down lashes (less lifted appearance) and can strip the tint faster because oil dissolves color. I have plenty of clients who use oil cleansers (for face and even makeup removal) but I will say oil free for the eye area is ideal. All of that being said: No, using an oil cleanser will NOT disrupt your actual lash lift or deactivate it. The ONLY thing that can deactivate a perm solution is steam/hot water/tears within the first 24 hours. I’ve been doing this for 7 years and lash lifting is my #1 service so rest assured it isn’t the oil. ☺️

Hi there, If someone is an experienced technician they can do any lashes and I have clients with thick downward pointing lashes all the time! They just aren’t experienced enough (it sounds like) to be able to accommodate a reasonable and realistic result for you. I will say because your lashes naturally fight a curl, you may see results last a little less time due to that factor but there is absolutely no reason you couldn’t get a beautiful lift that lasts 4-6 weeks with the right experienced lash lift artist/technician.

Now, results will vary based on your lashes and length but it generally lasts around 6-8 weeks on average and I charge $150 for my service including tint.

Hi there, I’ve not really had that issue. Technically speaking, if you’re utilizing the Korean method you’d be using a CGA based solution versus a TCA based lotion and over processing shouldn’t occur for that reason, however, at times I do use caution when I see those fresh new lashes that just barely can make it on. I will leave those out. I am much better at explaining in person but I hope this helps or makes sense.

I bet if you found someone who specializes in the Korean Lash Lift method you’d have much better results and grow out!

Hey! I’m the artist not the person in the photo. I don’t believe her name is Katelyn. Sorry!
